Job Description

As a fast growing art supplier, FINEART relies on carefully reviewed and selected artworks for gallery publishing and production. As part of a team of 2, you will supervise the artwork reviewal process by controlling all submitted files against our published guidelines, while maintaining quality standards and efficient control.

Our ideal candidate has a great eye for reviewing artworks, both from a technical and artistic point-of-view. Even if your job will consist mainly of technical reviewal (file resolution, image quality…), you will be asked to pre-select artworks for our “Editor’s Picks” section.

Objectives of this Role

Manage one “Artwork Reviewal” intern
Handle our Artwork Reviewal process
Follow current Artwork Reviewal procedures
Work on new and updated Artwork Reviewal procedures
Ensure Artwork Reviewal of all new files in less than 3 business days
Weekly pre-selection of “Editor’s Picks”
Maintain a clean computer work environnement
Monitor flow of new submitted artwork
Report potential reviewal downtime
Follow company policies

Skills and Qualifications

MUST be efficient with: Adobe Photoshop
Prefered experience with: WordPress, Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

English and/or French speaking

As one of the fastest growing art supplier, FINEART relies on outstanding and professional artists uploading their artworks to our platform. Working as our main Artist Relations Supervisor, you will be their main interlocutor. That means locating new artists, talking with them through our Onboarding process, bringing support when needed and answer all concerns, before, during or after Onboarding.

Our ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication, is passionate with art and artists and is able to share FINEART’s passion through excellent human skills.

Objectives of this Role

Locate, Get in Touch and Onboard new artists
Provide support for all onboarded artists
Build a “Locating and Contacting New Artists” guide
Write weekly “Artist Story”
Report on artists feelings about FINEART
Collect and report artists suggestions
Social media monitoring

Passionate about art and artists
Excellent written communication
Excellent social media usage
Excellent Human skills through written media
